Our new X85 conveyor platform, pallet system and line control in combination with our software Youtilize™ offer ground breaking sets of solutions to today's manufacturing challenges.
Although it possesses the well renowned characteristics of a typical FlexLink conveyor, the X85 conveyor platform is entirely new. High speed capacity with an upper limit of 120 m/min combined with a long Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) enables efficient and trouble free transfer of products through the manufacturing lines. Large efforts have been focused on creating a good working environment characterized by high safety and a low noise level.
Preconfigured conveyor combinations
The X85 conveyor is available in preconfigured combinations of chains, slide rails and drive units that can be adapted to each application’s needs, ensuring that you achieve correct system performance. The flexibility contributes to making the engineering work as safe and efficient as possible.
Pallet system
Combined with the X85 pallet system and line control, the X85 conveyor form a powerful set of tools for flexible manufacturing systems and single piece flow solutions. Features such as standard pallets, tunnel locating modules, sophisticated line control and powerful engineering tools make sure that it includes all the elements needed to meet your requirements in a constantly changing market.
The X85 pallet system is applicable in clean rooms, electronic and automotive manufacturing processes. Different tolerance executions are available, e.g. pallet positioning accuracy ± 0,1 mm or ± 1 mm. Short loading time in locating modules allows fast throughput time and enables you to focus on value adding activities.
The pallets and handling functions have been tested and standardized in order to allow quick installation, ramp up and trouble free operation. Pallets and conveyor systems are available in preconfigured designs suitable for various application environments.
Youtilize™ – a Manufacturing Execution Software
Youtilize™ is a production logistics software controlling the entire process from setting up the product configuration. It manages all resources available in the production: operators, machines and parts used, as well as data and information needed for production. It enables an optimal utilization of all resources available in the line and thus enhancing line efficiency.
Youtilize™ enables the standardization and quality assurance of operations and automatic follow up of operations made. Instructions can be made available to operators and linked to the product in hand. Statistics facilitate the improvement work.
Since Youtilize™ is independent of your choice of platform for the logistics system, it can be applied to any conveyor platform or manual distribution system.
Online tools
By connecting to our internet portal, MyFlexLink, you can easily configure and order X85 conveyors and pallet modules online. Engineering tools and guidelines are also available online. A convenient way to select the ultimate system – tailored to fit your needs.
