X85 conveyor platform
The new X85 conveyor platform sets new performance limits to what a conveyor system can do. Its capacity and speed will cover future demands. The line flexibility is enhanced by new standard functions and substantial concern has been spent on trouble free operation and good work environment. This means the X85 conveyor offers highest in class Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and lowest in class noise level.
Good factory environment
The X85 conveyor chain combines a high structural strength and sophisticated materials. Tight tolerances and smooth top surfaces give a gentle product handling. Combined with optimized guiding surfaces, it offers a long service life and low noise level. Long and trouble free service life is offered through optimized slide rail geometry and lowered contact pressure between chain and slide rail. Good chain guiding offers smooth running and a low noise level. Slide rails with in-built chain side protection offer improved appearance and additional safety.
Compact and safe distribution in bends is offered by the wheel bends. Flat top surface offers easy transfer through the bend, even of larger products. A high safety level and gentle product handling is achieved through protective covers and protection covers.
Designed for high speed and capacity
FlexLink’s distributed line control allows high speed with dynamic speed control, giving soft starts and stops enabling gentle product handling and efficient line balancing. In addition, it leads to reduced and simplified maintenance, simpler line cabling and considerably lower power consumption.
Preconfigured conveyor recipes and engineering tools, makes the engineer’s job fast, accurate and easy.
